This includes professional installation and retrieval, staff labour and travel time, on site equipment sanitisation, vehicle fuel and maintenance for return trips from our Willetton HQ to your events address.

The delivery, set up and pack down fee is included in all package hire prices when distance is within 20km of Willetton 6155. For events that are further than 20km from Willetton 6155 the following additional fees will be applied to the final invoice:

21 - 25km from 6155 $20

26 - 30km from 6155 $30

31 - 35km from 6155 $50

36 - 40km from 6155 $65

41 - 45km from 6155 $85

46 - 50km from 6155 $100
